WHISKY TASTING NOTES

Smokehead Islay Whisky
Fiery peat smoke kicks things off but then comes a sweetness, with burnt marshmallows, charred pineapple, banana and bacon

~
Deanston Virgin Oak
Light lemon zest and sweet barley sugar fragrance with hints of apple and nutmeg. Candied fruits, vanilla toffee and heather with a lightly spiced burst of honeyed malt and sweet oakiness to finish.

~
Deanston Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky - 18 year old
The Deanston signature profile of sweet, honeyed fruit with a deep rich finish has been amplified to reach perfection

~
Ledaig Whisky - 10 year old
Sweet briny smokiness with a distinctly island character that hints at mild antiseptic, creosote, mint chocolate and floral seaside aromas. A spicy white pepper finish with hints of liquorice, cloves and slight saltiness

~
Bunnahabhain Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky - 12 year old

This 12 year old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky has an alluring balance of sweet fruit, nuts, vanilla and a delicate coastal influence. Light with fruit notes, nutty flavours with a sweetness and slight hints of vanilla caramel. A lingering finish, beautifully rich and full-bodied

~
A selection of Dilmah teas and filtered Ebony coffee
