With over 30 years experience, weddings are our speciality.
We focus on celebrating you as a couple and are here to help make your day as stress free as possible, with all costs upfront, ensuring no hidden extras for you. We are a walk in and walk out venue, leaving you to simply supply us your decorations and we’ll do the full set up and following clean-up at the end.
Our venue provides the ease of having everything in one location - from hosting your ceremony, photography locations, reception dinner and dancing the night away.
Ceremony Locations
Your ceremony can be hosted in our sunken rose garden or under our canopy lined trees, with on site alternative for an indoor setting.
Reception Locations
The beauty of our spacious venue is that guests can move from the ceremony straight inside for the reception without having to travel anywhere! Our Russell Room hosts the reception, seating diners for a traditional wedding meal.
Cuisine
Whether its canapes and champagne, a range of dishes from a buffet or an a la carte menu, you can be sure the food will be a talking point for your guests and a highlight of your event
Delight in our marquee
Make your wedding special with our beautiful outdoor marquee set on the lawn in our magnificent gardens. Our marquee can cater for up to 400 guests while our creative events planner will happily arrange everything from marquee, cake, decor, stylish seating, tables, flowers, sound equipment, lighting and entertainment.
Accommodation
Each of our two apartments comprises of a spacious lounge, separate bathroom and a double bedroom with queen size bed. Located on the first floor of the Homestead with after -hours access, both apartments overlook the beautiful gardens. Breakfast and evening meal options are available.
Photography locations
The distinctive architecture, landscaping and year-round grandeur of the formal gardens provide spectacular photo opportunities. A photographer’s dream, parts of the garden date back over a century and are tended by Massey University’s team of expert horticulturalists.
