Misha’s Vineyard Wine Dinner

What a fantastic night we had last night celebrating beautiful Central Otago wine with Misha and Andy from Misha’s Vineyard.
With a fascinating story to share with our guests, Misha and Andy told us all about their adventure, born from the desire to create something special. Their 57 hectare vineyard overlooks Lake Dunstan, with their sunny northwest facing terraces providing optimal conditions for producing world class Pinot Noir and other varietals. No surprise this event sold out very quickly, with the unique experience to dine with Misha and Andy.

Our five- course wine matched menu comprised of:
Gewurztraminer 2019 paired with Wood smoked Marlborough King salmon, lemon, ginger infused, on homemade seeded spiced cracker with lemon aioli
The Soloist Pinot Rose 2020 paired with Toasted bruschetta corn fed chicken and walnut roulade, roquette and pomegranate salad
Limelight Riesling 2018 paired with Confit duck with Thai style salad
The High Note Pinot Noir 2018 paired with Slow cooked sticky lamb belly, roast butter cup mash, pickled beetroot, watercress salad
Verismo Pinot Noir 2012 paired with Cartwheel Creamery Coppermine wash rind, chocolate mousse, plum and walnut terrine and homemade oat crackers
